Every NATURUG rug is handmade to order in our atelier in Morocco. Your total delivery timeline includes two phases: production (the time to handcraft your rug) and shipping (transit from Morocco to your door via DHL).

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the size and weight of your rug. All orders ship via DHL with full door-to-door tracking included.
Order Tracking
Once your rug has passed our quality inspection and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time on dhl.com or through the DHL app.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country's customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price of the rug or shipping cost.
To help you plan, here is an overview of what to expect in our main markets:
🇺🇸 United States
Goods valued under $800 USD generally enter the US duty-free under the de minimis threshold. For orders above $800, import duty on handmade wool rugs typically ranges from 4% to 8% of the declared value. State sales tax does not apply to international imports; however, customs processing fees may apply.

🇨🇦 Canada
Handmade Moroccan wool rugs may qualify for reduced or zero duty under Canada's General Preferential Tariff (GPT) for Morocco-origin goods. Packaging
Your rug is carefully rolled, wrapped in protective materials, and securely packaged to withstand international transit. Every rug is inspected by our quality control team before packaging. We take every precaution to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Issues
If your rug arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will work directly with DHL to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive a rug in perfect condition.
