Each piece is made to order unless noted as in stock.
Lead times:
Standard rug (8'×10' and smaller)→ 4–8 weeks
Large rug (larger than 8'×10')→ 8–10 weeks
TRIPLE KNOT
At Naturug, every rug is built on a triple knot, a technique developed exclusively in our atelier.
Three anchor points per knot means a denser pile, sharper motif edges, and a structure that holds its shape and colour for generations.
You'll see the difference in the finish: crisper pattern lines and a pile that stays upright. You'll feel it underfoot.
This technique is proprietary to our atelier. It cannot be sourced or replicated elsewhere.
SIZE & PROPORTION
Because we control the entire production process, our atelier recalculates every pattern proportionally for every size, before the first knot is tied. The motifs, spacing, and visual balance of your rug stay identical whether you order a 2×3 or a 10×14.

NATURAL VARIATIONS
Because your rug is handcrafted, subtle, natural variations in pattern and color will occur hallmarks of an authentic piece made just for you. Final dimensions and pile height may vary by up to 3% from the stated measurements.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery time:
Each rug is woven on demand. Once complete, it ships via DHL with full tracking.
Returns:
Because your rug is hand knotted from scratch for you personally, we cannot accept returns once production begins. This is the nature of made-to-order craft and the reason we encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order.
Cancellations:
You have 24 hours after ordering to cancel for a full refund.

Tassels & Finishes
Your rug, your choice. Order with traditional tassels or a clean no-tassel binding. Both finishes are hand made by our artisans. What arrives at your door has never existed before.
Entirely Yours
